AGuard Risk Management Solutions, LLC offers optional text message alerts to users of the TrailerGuard customer portal at portal.trailerguardinsurance.com (the "TrailerGuard Portal Alerts" program). By checking the SMS consent box when creating a portal account, you agree to receive text messages from AGuard Risk Management Solutions at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• What you will receive: transactional messages about your quote application status, quotes, policy and account notifications, and payment reminders. Message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
• Opting out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to +1 (385) 324-9410 or reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, check the consent box again in the portal or contact us.
• Help: if you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at team@trailerguardinsurance.com.
